- Suitable for packaging any type of product in pillow or block bottom bags.
- Control panel integrated into the machine frame to save space.
- Speed up to 60 packages per minute. Up to 1200 mm of film strip.
VPB
High Efficiency - vertical packaging machine suitable for continuous production with demand for high efficiency. The use of brushless servomotors enables a reduction in format change and maintenance time. Colour touch screen with intuitive menu structure.
- Pulse welding, hot bar or ultrasound type, for any type of film.
- Suitable for packaging any type of product in pillow bags, block bottom bags with four stabile-pack type side sealings.
- Can be equipped with devices for applying reclosable zippers, labels, clips, twists.
- Groups of special execution jaws for the creation, using hot punching, of Euro holes and handles with different profiles.
- Speed of up to 80 packages per minute.
OMNYA
Absolute speed with maximum flexibility - vertical packaging machine for high speed production, but with maximum flexibility to perform any type of packaging. Four brushless servo motors in electric axis for three different operating modes: continuous, intermittent, pulling with pliers.
- Speed of up to 220 packages per minute for pillow bags.
- Speed of up to 80 packages per minute for block bottom bags with four stabilo-pack type sealings.
- Speed of up to 70 packages per minute for doy-pack type bags.
- Can be configured with many accessories, for over 50 combinations of different types of bags.
